ARISE Together in Christ offers a unique opportunity for each of us, individually and as a parish community, to begin a faith journey that can deepen our relationship with God and each other.  In October, The Parish of All Saints and St. Joseph will ARISE Together in Christ.  If you would like to know more about ARISE, please contact the parish office for details.

Religious Education

Welcome to the Religious Education web page for All Saints and St. Joseph's.
Below please find listings for classes being offered for both Adults, and non-adults.  Please contact our Director of Religious Education, Mary Leamy, with any questions you might have about current or future class offerings.  She may be reached at (209)-586-9115 .  If Mary is not available, please feel free to contact our main office  - email:  omnsanct@goldrush.com,  or phone (209) 586-3161.

Children's Religious Education - At All Saints', classes are out for the summer and will resume on Sunday, Sept. 12th from 9:30 to 10:45am.   Children from Kindergarten through 8th grade may attend either or both programs.  There are also classes for four-year olds.  You may register for all classes by calling Mary at 586-9115.

"Sunday by Sunday" - Adults and teens meet every Sunday from 9:30 - 10:45 am (before Mass) until May 23rd.  Come share coffee/tea, muffins and conversation  about the readings for that particular Sunday.  These sessions will
resume on Sunday, Sept. 12th and are open to all on a
"come when you can" basis.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)/Catholic Inquiry -
Classes meet Tuesdays at 7:00 pm in the parish hall.  We look at Church teachings in the light of the upcoming Sunday's readings.  This group welcomes long-term Catholics in addition to those who are interested in being received into the Church.  The evening begins with a soup supper at 6:00pm.  Anyone interested in exploring the Catholic faith, as well as Catholic adults seeking to complete the sacraments of initiation, i.e., reconciliation, first holy communion or confirmation are invited to join us.

Adult Formation - Scripture Study - Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.  All adults and teens are invited to join us in studying the scriptures in such a way as to grow in faith and gain direction for their lives.  We are now studying the Gospel of John.  Contact Mary Leamy at 586-9115 for more information.
